WHY HOUSINGASSURED EXISTS

Real experiences.
Clear scores.
Better housing.

Supported housing runs 24 hours a day. Missed support, unresolved repairs and unanswered complaints can affect people at any time. People need a clearer picture of what is happening day to day.

HousingAssured is being built from first-hand experience of supported housing and the frustration of trying to get concerns addressed. We want to make poor practice harder to hide and good service easier to recognise.

Formal investigations can take time. Our aim is to make everyday experiences and checked findings easier to see while those processes take place.

Listen to real experiences

Residents and others who use a service can share their experiences. Published reviews are free for everyone to read.

Show what the checks found

See an overall assessment score, the reasons behind it and when it was reviewed. People’s review ratings are shown separately.

Help providers put things right

Clear actions, follow-up checks and practical member resources help providers improve the service people receive.

Opinions and checked findings are labelled separately. A concern alone does not prove failure. Providers can respond and challenge decisions. Scores reflect the evidence reviewed at the date shown, rather than a guarantee of future service.

WHAT MATTERS DAY TO DAY

Safe homes.
Support that shows up.

Our checks start with people’s everyday experience: clear staff contacts, support when it is promised, repairs followed through and complaints taken seriously. Providers need to show that their staff setup and daily management work in practice.

Check that support happens, homes are looked after and people receive clear updates.

03

Digital property noticeboard

Staff update the record in My account → My properties. Its linked noticeboard reads the saved website record, so the same QR code displays approved changes without replacing the plaque.

Scan and read the brief immediately — no inspector code, membership or provider login. Sensitive locations receive a restricted, generic brief. Paper QR printing is available for the pilot.

Digital service included. Hardware is optional.

A member may print a paper QR instead of buying a plaque. A separately purchased plaque is theirs to keep after cancellation; the linked brief becomes unavailable when membership entitlement ends.

A branded QR plaque supplied and posted by HousingAssured must be purchased separately. A powered wall screen or tablet is a further extra-cost option. Planned one-off prices: £49.99 per QR plaque or £399.99 per tablet kit. HousingAssured is not currently VAT registered and no VAT is charged. Orders are coming soon; final specifications and delivery totals will be confirmed before ordering opens.
