Help to improve, alongside assessment
The member resource centre offers audit templates, a blank improvement plan and worked examples, practical governance and staff checklists, and short briefings. Use them to prepare evidence, give actions an owner and deadline, and check that changes improve everyday services.
Current paid members can open these resources and use the tools their plan includes. Provider members can also manage their own website property records, noticeboard previews and recurring audit returns. The digital noticeboard service is included in standard provider membership. Manufacturing and posting a branded QR plaque is an optional separate purchase; a powered screen or tablet is a further extra-cost option. Physical orders are coming soon. Membership access is checked on every request. Initial application evidence and public reviews are handled separately.
Open member resource centreGo to My accountPAPER QR TRIAL
Try the noticeboard before ordering a plaque.
- During the preview, the authorised administrator can open My account and find “Try a paper QR with fictional information”. Select “Create fictional paper QR trial”.
- Open its read-only view, then select “Print paper QR”. Print on white paper at 100% scale and keep the white border.
- Scan the printed QR with your phone camera. The public brief opens immediately, without membership, sign-in or an inspector code.
- Check the brief contains only safe information. No resident details, private addresses, support records or files should appear.
- Select “Update example notice”, then refresh the same scanned link or wait 15 seconds while online. Check that the notice and information-update time change, while the printed QR stays the same.
Real property records stay in My account → My properties and require approved, currently paid provider membership. A QR is a read-only link, not a public property listing. Sensitive-location briefs hide free-text notices, contacts and permission details. Disable a link if a brief could still expose a protected location.
